Balloons measure 27cm wide x 55cm long when inflated.
Inflate with air or with helium at any balloon store or florist. Includes instructions for assembly and inflation.

Please note, foil balloons may not float if inflated with a non-refillable helium tank kit. We recommend having foil balloons professionally inflated at a balloon store
